Can i play my psp games on the ps3, if so HOW?

I got my PSP to connect to my PS3 using the remote play feature, but none of the games I have support the PS3. I think what you can do is download the PSP games onto your PS3 via the Playstation store, then use remote play to play them on your PSP. To do that, you have to register your PSP under the Options: Remote Play area, then you can sync them up.

I know you can link up your psp to download pictures movies, but as far as video games i am not so sure. I wanted to do the same thing so i could play my emulated games on the PS3 from the PSP, but i dont think it works that way.
