First, don't ask him. If he has something, he will be embarassed and if he doesn't he will be hurt that you don't trust him. Second, go get tested. You most likely do not have anything at all, but it is heavy on your mind, and this is the best way to get it off your mind. Most likely you have strained a muscle and it could be coincidental. Lastly, it make be over, for whatever reason, and it may not. All you can do is wait and be friendly without being clingy. Being clingy and chasing him is the worse thing you can do. Cultivate the friendship, and maybe the love will come back. Luck

I think you should get checked out still. Even if you know that you don't have an STD, you don't know for sure that he doesn't have an STD. There's no harm in making sure your healthy. After that, get a pregnancy test. Not using a condom increases your chances of getting pregnant.

you might want to go get checked out, to make sure that you don't have an std, and to see if you're just sore or if it's something else. take a pregnancy test too, just to make sure. i wouldn't text him to ask if he had something. that's the kind of thing you should call him to talk about.

Even if you ask him, you may not get an honest answer. Your best bet is to go to the doctor for testing.

honestly, just go get an std test... ask them for all sorts of test... hiv, herpes, and so forth... you actually have to ask them to test for the hiv and herpes..... the others they'll normally test for... so ask for all for all of them... make sure for yourself... if you find you don't have any of it.. then you might need to go to your obgyn and tell them you've been feeling pelvic pains and such... might be something more serious as well...
