everyone in my family says it to eachother.. aunts .. uncles.. cousins etc.

Yeah, I'll admit it, it was my dog.
If you mean real people, it was my friend Chris. But it wasn't in a very loving manner. It was more of a, "You know I love you but you're being a ***** and I can't talk to you until you remove your head from your ***."
