No. You would know if it was broken. You wouldn't be in Yahoo if it was. I have had over a dozen broken bones. I am qualified to answer this question.

If you can move it it is not broken however if you can't move it go to your doctor or ER not because it is an emergency but because it is the fastest way to get it seen. If you can move it but it hurts like heck it may be sprained just ice it and not move it around too much

could be fractured. I did that falling off a bike as a kid. I don't remember a lot of swelling. Just intense pain that didn't get any better until my Dad came home and took me to the emergency room.

This was just a hairline fracture-- not a clean break.

Did you tell your parents? If not, then do.

the only way to know for sure is to obtain an x-ray. compare it to your other wrist to see if it's deformed or mishapen (this often indicates a fracture). also, do you have free range of motion, are you able to move your hand freely with control? you can go about this 2 ways, give it a couple days to see if it's feeling better, or go the doctor for x-rays.

you could have sprained it, or a small fracture..either way better to be safe then sorry..go to er and get an xray done to be sure..you dont want it to heal wrong if you did infact fracture it
