I eat a lot but still cannot put on weight... I know I'm pretty underweight. Can anyone tell me what's the problem, and how to deal with it?

How old are you? Because if you are under 21-22----then you need to relax---you're still in puberty. Just keep eating the right things and the weight and the height will increase.

**and it's not hard to convert---5'5" and 95 lbs.

Maybe you're not eating right, or maybe you have a food intolerance. Try switching your diet around. Good luck!
