What can I do. I don't want to use something that I have to buy, aka diet pills,special foods,special diet books.

just replace two of your meals wit soup and run because cardio-vascular doesnt make you bulky it burns fat i run every day when i first started i lost 10 pounds in one week no joke

What I do is avoid fizzy drinks/pops and drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Also I don't eat any bread at all. Cut down on your salt intake. Just small changes go a long way and its not like a strict diet that you feel trapped by and keep in mind to try do everything in moderation. Also another tip that I can give you is instead of using a tablespoon or a large fork use the smaller size that way you get a smaller bite and gives you a chance to feel fuller instead of gulping your food down fast and eating more than you should. Have a good breakfast that you enjoy and for dinner don't have it too late in the evening. If you don't really like to workout my only advice to you is walk everyday even if its just around your block and don't forget to stretch. Good luck! =)

The safest way is to do a lot of cardiac exercise with a smart diet. That is the solution for everyone who wants to lose weight. None of those diet pills work safely.

just work on cardio, biking, swimming , running, jump rope, and you will lose the weight, it is the most effective way.. and also, make sure u are having fun while you do it, that is the most important part, and as long as u work hard and stay dedicated it will work, you can also try to find a partner to do it with, also make sure u eat about 2500 calories a day, and eat healthy, also dont drink pop
