I'd bow out gracefully. There are plenty more fish in the sea and pebbles on the beach.
Wish them well and remain neutral when times get rough for them.
That way you get to keep 2 friends.

Talk to both him and her and feel how each feels about it and each other and toward you. If not you may lose both. One of you may need to back off for friendship sake.
