It's definitely reasonable . . . you have about four months to lose 29 lbs. You can do that at a healthy pace. That's 16 weeks or so, so you'd be losing about 1.8 lbs per week. The healthy limit is said to be 2 lbs per week. Don't adjust your goal though . . . you don't want to push it. Good luck!
