Some medications, illnesses and hormones have been known to change the color of a persons iris (colored part of eye)

Your eye color is determined by the distribution and amount of pigment (melanin) on the iris fibers of your eye.
If the iris has pigment on the back and front surface then the incident light reflected off of your iris is brown.
When there is little or no pigment on the front surface of the iris The light interacts with the gray iris fibers and reflects as blue.
The size and spacing of the fibers and stromal cells determines the "blueness" or "greenness' of the reflected light. When people have less pigment on the back surface of their iris it allows light to reflect back from the retina which appears as red. The red color interacts with the blues and browns to create aqua and violet iris colors.

So basically eye color is determined by the amount and distribution of melanin in your iris! The different arrangements of the melanin cause the light to reflect different colors and things like aging, medication, illnesses and hormones have been known to change eye color :)

Regarding the second part of your question... it is seldom after age 7 that any improvement is seen in lazy eye from therapy. This is something you will need to discuss with your eye doctor :)
Hope this helps a bit :)

Eye colour can fade with age, most apparent eye colour change is seen in hazel eyes and depends upon pupil size and the lighting.

Whether or not your lazy eye is correctable depends upon a number of personal factors. What, if any, exercises to do also depends upon the exact nature of the lazy eye. You will need to ask your eye doctor about treatment for your lazy eye.

My favorite website for medical questions is WebMD.com.

My eyes used to be brown and now they are hazel. I have had them with gray and green tins before and even yellow. I think it is normal... at least I hope it is. LOL
