They are trolls. Some are here for spirituality but most are here just to annoy people and say drink everytime this question gets asked. What they get out of it I don't know. They always claim Christians are trying to convert them but I don't know what they are talking about. I see some religious nuts post stuff that has nothing to do with teh question. But the Atheist really get annoying when you just want to ask a quick question about the bible and you get a flood of "your a moron for believing in fairy tale answers" it gets old.
Perfect example, look at the fist guys profile. He answers 100% spirituality yet every answer he gives is an insult.

Ok, in case you're wondering, I look at the whole Society and Culture section, so I find these questions, and I answer the ones that I need to answer. This is one of them.
How do you know that they are only looking at the Religion & Spirituality section? They might be looking at Society & Culture and find these questions.
Some of them, just want attention, and some of them want to know why people believe in such foolish things, that don't exsist.
And your "Makes me glad to be a Christian, feels wonderful!" statement, really made me want to answer this question, because you are saying that Christians are better, than Atheists.
In case you haven't realized it yet, Atheists don't believe in GOD. Some of them may or may not believe in love, trust, people ect.
What you said made it seem like Atheists don't believe in everything and explain everything with Science. I don't, for example. There's no real way to explain the sun or the earth. We don't say "Because god wants it this way!", because there is no god. There's just no explination, and Atheists (at least I do) know it.
Oh, and not all Atheists seem unsatisfied with their lives.
Did you know that the majority of people that suffer from depression are Christians, and not Atheists? Did you know that most suicide attempts are made by Christians? (Just to let you know before you say that Atheists are unsatisfied with their lives, again)
Sorry, about this being pretty long, but that's what happens when you ask this kind of question.

To express out opinion. Moist importantly to express our opinion that religion and government MUST remain separated. Religious people like you hinder science. Yes, why else would religion people oppose stem cell research?
We are satisfied with out lives we do not need some invisible guy in the the sky to make ourselves feel better. Only religious people do that
Edit:
Religion is a threat to society, it has been and will always be a threat to the stability of society.

I come here to answer all the wonderful atheist questions, like yours. Also, I have opinions about religion that I want to share. Nowhere does it say that you have to be PRO religion to come here. Think of me as your "Devil's Advocate". Also, I come here because I can and I like it here. I have belonged to many religions in my lifetime, and I may know something from which someone could benefit.

I'm here for the Spirituality part, you may need to look up the definition since it's blatantly apparent Christians don't understand what spirituality is. What does it say about Christians reading questions from Atheists? You're not sure the bible is right and that Jesus ever existed so you keep checking don't you?

Why do atheists bother you so? Do they worry you because you think there may be a grain of truth in what they say? I think subconsciously, you know there is no god and that's why you ask atheists questions.

We understand the danger and violence that religious faith causes- Sept. 11th, The Crusades, Jonestown, etc. Religion needs to be destroyed but it can only be done by spreading rational ideas. You can't force anyone to believe anything but religion tries this all of the time.

Note that it's called "Religion and Spirituality," not just "Religion." Forgoing religion does not necessarily mean also forgoing any kind of spritiuality, and yes, Atheists can be spiritual.
