Can i suggest that you look at the canadian embassy website it has a comprehensive guide if you want to emmigrate to Canada.... however on reading it there are quite strict criteria to get in .... if you are listed as one of the skilled workers they require then you are in luck

Take a look at the Canadian emigration website and maybe read a few journals about it. Also you could contact a migration expert and maybe have a skills assessment to see if you qualify.
