Chocolate Custard Sauce with Cake and Raspberries
Ingredients
About 3/4 cup whole milk
3 cups chilled Chocolate Crème Anglaise
Vanilla or chocolate pound cake, angel food cake, or butter cake, cut into slices
Raspberries or other fresh fruit
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk 3/4 cup milk into crème anglaise. Mixture should be thin enough to pour and have the consistency of corn syrup or thick maple syrup. If needed, add more milk, 1/4 cup at a time, until you reach the consistency you like. Arrange a piece of cake on each plate and drizzle with sauce. Top with fruit.

Lemonade Pound Cake 1 box lemon cake mix 4 eggs 1 cup milk 1/4 cup oil 2 boxes instant lemon pudding Mix all the above ingredients on low until blended and then for 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan, bake at 325 until done. Test by inserting toothpick. Frosting 6 ozs frozen lemonade-thawed 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Blend these 2 together with wire whisk! Just as soon as the cake comes out of the oven. Poke many many holes in the cake with a toothpick and pour alittle of the frosting over the cake. Continue to poke holes so the frosting will soak in the cake. Continue until you have used it all. Let sit in pan for 1 hour. Turn out on plate and then invert right side up. DELICIOUS

No bake cookies are always good for beginner bakers. This is such a delicious recipe for chocolate cookies...
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 cups quick oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
If using cookie sheet, prepare pan by coating lightly with butter or margarine.
In a large heavy saucepan, combine the milk, cocoa, butter and sugar.
Stirring constantly, bring to a full boil, then boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and peanut butter until peanut butter is completely melted.
Stir in quick oats.
Quickly* drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper, or spread in a buttered cookie sheet.
Allow to cool completely.
If using cookie sheet, cut into squares to serve.
*If you don't move quickly, cookies will set up in the pan.
If cookies do not set, you didn't boil long enough.
If cookies are dry, you boiled too long.
...If you are looking for something even easier, try making indoor s'mores-
2 graham cracker squares
1/2 plain chocolate bar
1 large marshmallow
On paper towel place 1 cracker square.
Top with chocolate and marshmallow.
Micro on high 15 seconds or until marshmallow puffs.
Remove from oven and cover with other cracker
and Lastly...this is a REALLY easy mini chocolate cheesecake recipe. I always make this one when I need a good dessert but don't feel like doing a lot of work.
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
1 square semisweet baking chocolate, melted
1/2 cup thawed whipped topping (Cool Whip)
2 Oreo cookies
Beat cream cheese, sugar and chocolate in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
Add whipped topping; mix well.
Place 1 cookie on bottom of each of 2 paper-lined medium muffin cups; fill evenly with cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Serves about six.
I love this dessert because it's very easy but always a big hit. .
While this dessert bakes, the crust rises to the top of the hot chocolaty pudding. I love to serve this with vanilla ice cream; it's almost like a hot fudge brownie sundae.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
6 Tbs cocoa, divided
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 3/4 cup hot water
Method
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, two tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla just until smooth. Spread mixture in an ungreased 9-inch square baking pan.
Combine brown sugar and remaining four tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle over batter in pan. Pour hot water over all; do not stir.
Bake at 350° F for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm, with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.

A great chocolate peanut butter pie that is really easy is :
1 cup milk
1 package of french vanilla pudding ( the bigger box)
1 oreo ready made pie crust
2 table spoons of peanut butter
a drizzle of chocolate syrup and cool whip topping.
First drizzle some chocolate syrup in the bottom of the oreo pie crust, then combine the milk, pudding mix and peanut butter and pour into the crust. Chill for about 20 minutes then top with the cool whip. Its cheap, quick, easy and I get compliments on it every time I make it! Good Luck!

take 1/3 of a cup of any cake mix and 1 tbspn and 2 tspns of water in a little bowl. Mix tem with a fork until there aren't any lumps and then microwave for 40-50 seconds for a cake like those warm delights from duncan hines!
if you use white or yellow cake mix, it makes an amazing strawberry shortcake (provided you have strawberries!)
and you can add stuff to the chocolate.... my preference being peanut butter.... before cooking it.

Mango Float.
(try this and you'll forget your name. lol)
You'll need:
Graham Crackers
Heavy Cream
Condensed Milk
Ripe (as in really ripe) Mangoes
Line graham crackers in a pan. In a separate bowl, you mix equal parts of cream and condensed milk (lesser condensed milk if your mangoes are really ripe). Pour part of the mixture over the grahams. Then you add some of the ripe mangoes. Then you layer again some graham crackers, cream mixture and mangoes. Then crush some of the graham and sprinkle it on top. Then you chill that for about an hour and it's ready to eat. Simple and no cooking but yummy.
You may also opt to put crushed grahams in between layers instead of whole crackers so that every bite kinda melts in your mouth. Try it and I guarantee you'll love it.

As long as you can bake a cake this should be pretty easy.
Irresistable Death By Chocolate:
You'll need:
a box of devil's food cake mix
a package of hershey's heath bars
2 packages of choc. mousse
Kaluha
hershey's choc. syrup
2 containers of cool whip (defrosted and easy to spread)
1 large/tall dish
Bake the cake as directed. Let it cool completely. Then poke holes in the cake and pour some kaluha and choc. syrup on the cake and let it seep into the holes. Let it sit for a couple of hours or over night. When the kaluha and choc. syrup have soaked into the cake, cut it into 1 inch sized squares. Unwrap the heath bars and place them into a ziplock bag and crunch them with a cup or hammer (whatever does the job). Prepare the mousse as directed, and get out the cool whip. Layer the ingredients as follows: cake, mousse, heath bars, cool whip, repeat. Drizzle some of the left over choc. syrup ontop of the last layer of cool whip for a dazzling finish. ENJOY!!!
