most of the time you can reload back to the factory level,by a backup built in the computer or a backup disc,and that may resolve your problem

you probably have some kind of trojan, my computer used to do the same thing, when your computer turns off does it come up with a blue screen indicating a memory dump and then ask you weather or not you want to send a report to microsoft? if it does, send it and if it is a trojan then microsoft should know about it. (but you cant always be sure with microsoft)
