U r getting oedema, retention of fluid in ur legs probably due to the nature of ur activities.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Excercise does not cause, as many of us would like to hope, an instant change to our weight. Loosing weight is a gradual process for a couple of reasons.
It takes a steady routine of calorie buring to start adding up to the point to which results are noticable. It's like saving a dollar each day. After one day you only have one dollar but after a month you have 30 bucks.
Also, a common misconception is that loosing weight means you are healthier. Only loosing fat makes you healthier, not muscle.
Because you gain muscle and loose fat as you excercise, AND muscle weighs more than fat, you can become much much healthier without seeing any change on a scale.

Because everyone's body is different.
Some people actually loose weight when they are sleeping and others don't.
Like me for example. I'll go to bed at 176 and when I wake up I'm at 174.
Anyways, you will not loose weight after just one day's worth of exercising. It takes usually about a week to drop a pound or two, and that is with eating only healthy foods and exercising.
Hope that helps.

The reasoning you are getting smaller but still weigh the same if not more sometimes is because you are losing fat tissues and building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Now for my question to you, are you on depo or have you ever been? have you ever frequently been atypical or did it happen after start administration? the rationalization I ask is with the help of the fact i replace into on depo and as quickly as I have been given off it messed me up I grew to alter into so atypical basically such as you i'd have a era each couple of months sometimes longer. It messes alongside with your urge for foodstuff using fact your hormones arent commonplace. talk on your well-being practitioner and tell him what is going on and regardless of if it wasent depo that did it the atypical classes will nevertheless result you the way they are. you in all threat could get on the pill to alter your cycle and get returned to sturdy eating conduct.

it could be your muscles when you exercise your muscles start to shape up so even tho your legs seem thinner muscle weighs more than fat so the reason you are not losing weight is because even tho you are burning calories your body is producing muscles. that why you stay the same weight

Your muscles are probably tight. They need some air, and then they will" stretch out" again. O by the way, do 12 year old shots hurt?

your symptoms are humanly and mechanically impossible. PEOPLE DON'T SHRINK. IT IS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOUR BONES TO EVER SHRINK WHILE YOU ARE LIVING. so, either you're dead, or you're mistaken about all this.
