Kidney. Thats why you pee before you sleep and after you get up. If the kidney had stopped working while you were asleep you would not have to pee as soon as you got up from sleep.

My guess : heart, lungs and kidneys will obviously do their duty. part of digestive system will also work. In fact even during total rest, usual physiological functions will keep going, but at slower rate.
