if you weren't exercising so much i'd tell you to go with no less than 1200 a day. however because you're SO active you need more than that to make sure that you don't get nutrient deficiant which would destroy your metabolism and make it so you didn't have much energy to do anything else but sleep all the time. with you i'm going to say 1400-1500 cal a day minimum! but every one's body is different so try this amount for 4 or 5 months and if you still aren't getting the results you want lower it by 50 or 100 then wait a few months and see what effects that has. don't ever go below 1200 though!

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost just over 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !
with lots of fruit and veg and try experimentimg with all the low fat foods you will be amazed how tasty some of them are goodluck :0)

minimum is 1500 but u can treat ur self once in a while, but i would shorten the miles u cycle other wise there want b anything left to u, and make sure u take loads of water throughout the day

You could limit your self to 1000 cals a day that should work.
I have been trying shape works its brill shake in morning one at dinner and a proper meal for tea, I was 15st when I started 4week ago now I am just under 14st.
Its that good thinking selling it myself!
