I don't think she likes to exercise, but I don't know if it's rude to just leave her at my house for 45 minutes or so.

By the way, it is a part of a normal routine, and it's a girlfriend of mine from college (I am female and married).

I don't think that would be rude. Exercise in an important part of your routine. I think that she would understand.

Depends on the timing.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

No, I don't think it's rude. Like you said - it's a part of your normal routine. If this is a vaca for her, she might like the hour to just sit and relax without having to go somewhere, do something, see something, etc.
If she makes a stink about it, try walking instead and invite her along.

Well, if your company is in town for just the weekend, unless your plans are made and schedule out properly, and maybe if she is not opposed to it then you can. But I prefer you didn't because you never know, even if she is a guess at your house, you shouldn't leave her alone.

Is she good looking and presentable? Then why the hell do you need to go exercise outside for? Use your brain buddy!!!!

Do you usually jog in the mornings? You could show her the night before where everything is and she should be pretty comfortable helping herself to breakfast or getting a shower while you're gone. If I stayed with someone I wouldn't want them to skip they're exercise because of me.

No it is not rude. Why not invite your guest? If she isn't interested, tell her you really need to keep up your routine. Most people like to have some time to themselves anyway-to shower, phone, use the internet, etc. Maybe she'll raid your refrigerator.

No it is not rude. It gives both of you a break. She probably would love to have the time to fix her hair or make-up. One on one twenty-four hours a day is hard. Everyone needs some space.

Invite her to come along, if she dosn't want to that's OK. I'm sure she can entertain herself for 45 min. I think as long as you invite her to come with you it is not rude.

Do it while she's sleeping. That's not rude.
And I think it would be more rude for her to not let you jog.
