Always chew the parsley sprig that is on your plate in a restaurant, especally if you have eaten garlic or onions or any other strong veggie. The parsley neutralizes those odors on your breath. There are also mouth washes and breath sprays that come in a lot of other flavors that are not medicinal. If your breath odor comes from stomach gas, eating cinnamon, fresh ginger, and tumeric all will help with the stomach gas.

I don't think any FOOD can make our breath smell better. Bad breath is formed when the bacteria in our mouths feed on the food particles left inside.

But there is a new kind of breath mint called a breathpop, it comes in a pill form, it looks like a vitamin e thing. It releases the mint from your stomach so it feels rather natural.

Good luck!

Certain foods such as garlic and onion should be avoided. Overall, if you are having really bad breath, it can be related to dental problems. If you don't like rite-aid mouth wash, try using listerine. They have like 5 new flavors now. Also, scope is like a breathmint, listerine actually prevents you from getting tooth decay and gingevitis. Good luck!

I know how you feel because i can smell your breath from here. But seriously, if you eat yogurt every day, the bacteria in the yogurt will kill the bad breath germs.

You need to floss regularly and have your teeth cleaned at least twice a year for starters.
Chew fresh parsley or juice it and (seeing you can't get a full glass) add some to carrot juice or to celery juice.
