When you read all the top shelf mags, there are loads of stories about guys picking up women for a one night stand, and having NSA, most of the women I know all want some sort of commitment from men, are there really women out there like in the stories, or is that all they are, stories

A lot of that stuff hun is written for men by men. I am quite a free thinking person and personally, if I am in the mood, one nights are ok, pretty much cos I dont want the hassel of another relationship.... each person is different and well it goes on how they feel. Stuff in your mags hun all just pipe dreams sorry x

There are a lot of women up for a one night stand, hell, just look at Craigslist... so some women do anyway..

Some of us exist. Oh, yes! But, just because I've gone looking for a couple of one-night-stands, that doesn't mean I'm not _picky_. I'm not going to just pick out some random person I don't know. It's more likely to happen with someone I like a lot, but for whatever reason I know I don't want a relationship with that person. But I'd like to try them out just once!

It's a bit of both really. There are times when you only want a fun night and can't be bothered with the man afterwards but every now and then you meet a gem and you want to take it a bit further.

Yes. Difference is guys will pretty much sleep with anyone whereas girls only have sex with people they fancy, and by definition if you fancy someone you want something more long term. If a guy has a one night stand with a really nice, pretty girl, he'd probably want to go out with her afterwards!

Theyre called prostitutes, or wh*res or basically girls who dont like commitment. Mostly the things in those magazines are either fantasies or fake kiss and tells. Yes they will be those women who are willing to risk their reputations and risk stis to sleep with men on one night stands. However the reality will usually kick in that you feel used and physically sick if you wake up next to a stranger.

There aren't may girls that do to be honest and the girls that say they do are usually just desperate to find a man and think that by sleeping with men it will keep them interested.

When I had one-night-stands, I was never concerned with keeping them around. However, they were never worth it--the sex was never good. Good sex is usually had with someone who knows what does it for you...and one-night stands are just not cut out for that.

this problem is applicable to both sex,
it depends on the individual.
but most people go into it for various reasons and they wake up and find out that it hasn't solve their problem.
it is a terrible situation.
