If someone says it's not healthy to lose 10 pounds in two weeks, they are full of crap! First, get off anything made with sugar and flour. Second, burn more calories than you take in per day. Third, get more active - turn off the TV, go for walks, ride a bike or do a treadmill or whatever everyday (except Sunday - you need one day for rest per week).

I'd agree with what others have said, try the atkins diet where you basically stay away from complex carbs. I lost 8 pounds the first week I started, then lost about 2 stone overall. It works more if you exercise regularly as the more energy you use, the more your burning off the carbs your body is storing, so lose weight quicker. It really does work!
I usually have bacon and eggs for brekky, a salad with some sort of meat for lunch, I snack on cheese and mini-sausages and for tea I usually have a meaty dish with a little veg, or salad again. Just check out the packets before you eat anything and see what it says about how many carbs are in it - try to stick to 20g of carbs a day. Watch what you do eat though as even little things like a mint or chewing gum has carbs in! The only thing I'd say is that your breathe may not be that nice whilst your on this diet!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Hi! Check out Micheal Thurmond's 6 day diet makeover. It is healthy eating and cutting out sodium and drinking water but it does work, especially if you add in exercise. Then if you want to lose more you can switch to the 6 week makeover program. It is all tailored to your body type, metabolism, etc... but is right on. It is time consuming to prepare the foods and to eat and eat and eat, but it worked for us and our friends and we encouraged each other and felt soooo healthy too! Good luck and hope this helps. Here is a website to give you an overview.

TIP: The 6 day is just a quick boost to get you going... it isn't for permanent eating. The 6 week one is more for lifestyle eating and health! But you can lose 5 or more pounds in one week on it!

Utilize 20 minute rule. Eat your current portion-controlled meal then, even if you think hungry afterwards, wait for 20 minutes and pay attention to if you still do. Nine times from 10, you won’t. If you need to do, eat 10 per cent far more.

Reduce your current stress. Your stress hormone cortisol could be activated by extremely low-calorie diet plans, intense training, lack of slumber and day-to-day worries, which ends up with a spike in glucose levels within your blood. More worryingly, it can bring about blocked arteries and fat build around your internal organs, putting you prone to diabetes and heart disease. The sole prescription for this is to… pass the time.

Always start your meal that has a salad. It'll fill you upwards, making you eat less in the actual meal, and it's approach fewer calories than typical deep-fried as well as cheesy apps.

i know, summers almost over. i gotta lose at least 15. i don't care about unhealthyness either. but barfing is out of the question. in order to lose that much you have to eat less calories than you burn. so you have to calculate it enough to have enough energy to exercise and still have little calories to burn so it will start burning fat. diarrhea teas don't work, they just make you lose water weight.
