Unfortunately there is no scientific basis for spot reduction. You do need to eat right and exercise consistently for fat loss, you just can't choose when and where you will lose it.
And, exercising a specific area will not burn the fat off of that area or make it smaller. Your body simply doesn't work that way.
The best thing is to follow a comprehensive program like Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle by Tom Venuto or Turbulence Training by Craig Ballantyne. You can check them out here:

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

This is THE question. Many TV products do NOT work. Liposuction can remove the fat, which has been encased in very tough to break through bands.
The other option is to carefully Lose more than necessary, do some crunches, and then, under medical supervision, and carefully, begin a strength developing program. to tighten to stomacher. This is radical, usually used by actors, but successful ones go for liposuction.

There are several ways to reduce the bulge around your abs. You could do traditional situps, crunches with your feet extended in the air, flutter kicks by extending your legs out in front of you and fluttering them up and down, alternating legs, with your hands underneath the small of your back for support. You can also put each arm straight out on both sides and isolate your abs moving slowly from left to right. The more combinations you use, the more you can "trick" your body into muscle mass. Avoid repetitiveness, drink plenty of water, and if you are still concerned, consult your physician and find out what is the best for you.

lol, do sit-ups, and prevent eating too much by having light meals every time, so u do not eat too much. also, keep ur diet balanced.
hmmm. when eating, savor every single taste. this causes u to be full for a longer period.
u can do a small amount of sit-ups every time ur free, or before going to bed.
another way is to lie down flat on ur back, palms on ears, den move ur head and neck up, at the same time moving ur bent legs up. meet ur knees with ur elbows at the middle of ur body, and this creates flatness on the tummy above the waist, below the chest.
i hope im understandable. all the best anyways! =]

The stomach is the last place to go. You can't target any part of your body specifically. You simply need to lose more body fat (note: I didn't say weight).
