I have had my intestines x-rayed and they are normal. Taking medications 20 minutes before meals does not help either. I am non-veg.

maybe try chewing your food more slowly. do you chew gum? apparently that causes gas and bloating by swallowing air or something.

you could also google irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) as it sounds as though you may have a mild case. something like 70& of the UK population are meant to have a mild case of this.

keep a diary of the foods that trigger your stomach aches and then it will help you identify what may be causing them. you may have an allergy or food intolerance. i often had stomach aches and i found out that they were often brought on by white bread so i now try to avoid it and switched to wholemeal.

hope this helps!

Hey there:)

Wind can be caused by several reasons

-your diet
-access consumption of carbonated drinks
-the list goes on

Your urge to go to the bathroom is most likely because of a reflex (which name's just slipped my mind) When your stomach expands, causing the anus to relax.

Consult your doctor.

Goodluck:))

If I pick the woman, the food will still be there during one of the many down times for us to replenish our spent bodily fluids. If I pick the food, the woman will be gone before my first bite. This was a no-brainer.
