I know a woman who did just this and it was a diaster!
Her old flame made her feel young again and things were very exciting. The old flame ended up hurting her again and she lost her current loving man and the life she had built with him.
She is alone and regretful.
Proceed with caution.

You should meet him. Because if you don't you will always look back and think "what if I did". Don't worry about your current partner just don't tell lies about it. People change a lot over 19yrs and you can almost guarantee things won't be the same as they used to be. You might become good friends for a long time - that's not something to be missed because of doubts!
If your current partner doesn't trust you then that is his issue, not yours. Although make sure he understands you have good motives.

If you're already living with some one don't meet up with your ex unless it is absolutely necessary and even if you must go with your bf to avoid complecations later. If you just want to be friends call up,send him a txt or a card but don't try to hang around him alone. There is a saying that an old wood never dies completely;it catches fire qiuckly and burns faster than a fresh wood.

Sure, if you want to see if the sex from yester-year is better than what you have now. If not, leave the past in the past...you're just looking for trouble. But then, you knew that before you asked the question!

No.
Why would you want to?
He is your EX for a reason.
It would be an insult to the person you are living with now.

Don't meet up with him unless you discuss it with your partner and get his okay. Keep in mind, you are asking for trouble.
