Let me state first and foremost that when I eat raw food I only eat it from places I can trust. Usually that means I end up paying a high premium, however knowing that my food is safe makes it vastly more enjoyable. That being said here is a list of what I eat raw
Certain cuts of beef
Fish - all kinds, my favorite is probably Tuna.
Vegies - raw broc with light ranch dip is fantastic, not to mention high in dietary fiber.
Oysters - all kinds, although I tend to favor Cape Cods or Gulf Oysters. Jersey Oysters not bad either. Served chilled with horseradish, cocktail sauce, lemon and onion mix.
Mussles/Clams - horseradish, cocktail sauce, lemon and onion mix.
Bison - takes similar to steak.

I make a raw pasta sauce. It has tomatoes, kalamata olives, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes , a little lemon juice, salt, and thinly sliced zucchini in it. You cover it, and let it sit for about an hour. Because of the lemon juice, and the salt that's in it, the zucchini actually soften up a little, and cook in the sauce. It's delicious!

Not much because I have a poorly gut and it doesn't like it. The odd banana, a nectarine once a week, a few cherry tomatoes, spring onions and that's about it.

I eat suffering raw. At first it tastes really bitter, but the aftertaste is sweet as nectar and you can't help wringing a little smile.
