Mine has to be Avocado and prawn with thousand island dressing combined with loads of lemon juice and black pepper.

Pork Bar-B-Que and coleslaw on a bun. It's a southern thing...
Another fav of mine is Roast Beef, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion with french onion sauce, warmed.

1.Peanut Butter on toasted wheat bread with Strawberry Rhubarb jam.
2.Grilled Cheese with Ham lunch meat in it.

it can be anything veg like those yummy chutney spreads made with coriander leaves , garlic, a few green chillies or with tomatoes.. fill it with iced lettuce , cucumbers , a few slices of potatoes and there u go

tuna with mayonnaise, lettuce , tomatoe , cucumber and red onions - i like to throw cayenne pepper to give it a kick.
chicken salad and ciabbata bread with olive oil , goats milk cheese and olives and tomatoe . yum

Lemon pepper chicken (Italian style)
Grilled vegetables with olive oil. ie peppers, eggplant, zuchinni etc.
On good Italian bread.

I love sandwiches but my favorite odd one is fried potato and bacon sandwiches.. oh yummy.
but for all time fave.. i love crab salad sandwiches on crescent rolls. not the fake crab crap but yummy real flake crab
