It depends on where you are. Where I live they can run as high as $1,200 each (DC Metro area).

You should get a discount dental plan as they do not exclude pre-existing conditions and can cave you several hundred dollars in a case like this. As you are going private the cost will be decided by the dentist ~ I suggest you contact the dental surgery and ask.
