The number '666' refers to nothing more or less than MONEY!

Look carefully at the actual text and you will note that John did not write “666 (“six hundred threescore and six”) IS the mark of the beast, nor did he say “666” is the number of the beast. He specifically and purposefully wrote that the number “666 corresponded to” the “number of the beast which is the number of A man, and his number is six hundred threescore and six.” Neither did John say: “..is the number of man (as in ‘mankind’),” but he specifically wrote: “…is the number of a man,” meaning a particular man.

That particular man to whom John was pointing those “who hath understanding,” is Solomon. “His number” corresponds to “money” as in the amount of “gold” he received in a one-year period:

“Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred threescore and six talents of gold.” (I Kings 10:14)

“Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred and threescore and six talents of gold;” (II Chronicles 9:13)

The god that has the “great power and authority” in this world is the necessity and pursuit of money. It is in this graven “image” we do trust!

I've given you some other scriptures pertaining to the beast with the number 666. If you read Revelation 13 chapter there are discriptions of 2 different beast. One is the Son of Perdition which is mentioned here in 2 Thessalonians the other is the false prophet which the two will work together.

2 Thessalonians 2:3
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Revelation 19:20
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Revelation 17: 10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

The Number of the Beast is a concept from the Book of Revelation of the New Testament of the Christian Bible. The Number is 666 in modern texts, although 616 and 665 appear instead in at least one ancient source. This topic is a source of contention for many church groups and theologians.[1] Some scholars contend that the number is a code for the Roman Emperor Nero,[2] a view that is supported by the Roman Catholic Church.[3][4]

1John 4:3 "And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus
Christ is come in the flesh is not of God :and this is that spirit of atichrist,whereof ye have heard that it should come;
and even now already is it in the world.
1John 2:22 Who is a liar but he denieth that Jesus is the
Christ?He is antichrist,that he denieth the Father and the
Son.
So the Antichrist means="against Christ or "in place of Christ",or even a substitute for christ.
The word Christ is derived from the Greek word meaning
"Christos"....It also so means "Messiah" or "AnointedOne"
The Holy Spirit emphasizesthe point that those who deny
the diety of Christ and his Messiahship are antichrist.......
or against Christ.they arealso of the" Spirit of the Antichrist."
The Devil will work through the "Antichrist".
Jesus said"My kingdom is not of this world".
The Antichrist will offer the world a "by sight " religion.
The coming of the Antichristand the false prophet will offer
the world a "New Order,a new religion,a new age"confirmed
by decieving signs and wonders.
His number be 616 it is not a human number it be the number of the beast.

Daniel chapters 9-12 teach very well of the man who will come pretending to be Jesus,,he will fool all in the world who don't have Jesus as their savior,he will claim to be the messiah,that the bible speakes about,but he will come into the world to try to steal mens souls so that they wont turn to the real Jesus. with out Jesus all will fall, that this man can do miracles and one of the things he will do is get shot in the head and seem to be dead and then come back to life--but it will be a lie and deceive many...
