Your doctor could arrange for you to have a simple operation or injections to remove them.
For temporary comfort use a rubber swimming ring as acushion to sit on.

Sit on a pillow. A doughnut air pillow is best if you can find one of those. Take some ibuprofen, Aleve, or Tylenol.
