Yes! There are two valid ways to look at this:

1) According to Christian mythology, Satan is an archangel with supernatural powers. He is the great deceiver who uses his powers to entrap human souls. As such, he can heal or provide Earthly rewards in return for the soul of a victim.

2) Satan has exactly the same power to heal as god, or any other fictional being; none.

The only limits to Satan's power are the ones God puts on him.

See for examples: Job 1-2; Revelation 20; Matthew 4

Probably, but I would not accept a miracle from an evil source. We are all going to die at some point, so why prolong ones life through evil means, when at the end one will die anyway.
We don't have to speak of this subject in miraculous terms. If you were rich would you prolong your life by having someone murdered for there organs, hopefully not. The organs would serve the purpose of prolonging your life, but your life would have been prolonged through evil means.

Satans' original position was one of a celestial angelic creature but he rebelled against God.An angel has no power, theologically speaking,to create anything but can only act on the instructions of God himself.
The short answer to your question is no.As his role is generally agreed to be one of destruction and violence it does not logically follow that he has the ability to replicate the deeds of the almighty as some sort of competition.
There are those who claim satan can fool people by pretending to be divine in matters such as this but, really, you will tie yourself up in knots with this kind of thinking.Satan has no power of positivity whatsoever,God is the source of all light and life.
Anyone who claims these kind of things is,in my humble opinion,on very dodgy ground theologically.I think this sort of thing comes as a result of hystericalism among Christians who might just be getting a wee bit carried away.

I wouldnt call it the "same" power as God, because Satan only has as much power as God has given him.

Yes, Satan can heal and perform miracles.

Satan is God and God is also Satan. It's a dual God - no difference.

So yes - if such an entity as God existed, of course Satan would be able to heal, as satan is God.

If the source of the sickness is from the devil, than the devil can heal that.
