how do i perform the experiment based on the
aim: To find out how much chlorophyll is found in different leaves?
how would i go about do it??
any ideas for the method would be much appretiated

yuo probably need a degree in biological chemistry! However if you have access to a laboratory centrifuge wiht tubes and a high powered microcsope some slides and cover glass squares with some reasearch on the net you may learn it`s celular structure,armed with that ,find high H2o content green plant life, select 3 different species break down the fiber with out loseing moisture seperate with cintrifical force it`s properties isolate the chlorophyll cells draw out the cloro
place each on different slides and count a test section the same size as the others
