stay well hydrated, I am used to extreme heat and sunlight and I have never before experienced these symtoms. They have persisted for about the past three days.

They occur at random times, despite exertion or laziness. They feel like a head rush, only last a few seconds and often leave me feeling either disoriented or queasy.

You may have an electrolyte imbalance. If you are in the sun and perspiring a lot you also have to replace various body salts as well as water. Because you are used to the sun and heat doesn't mean that you can't succumb to heat exhaustion. Some medications may cause these symptoms.

I don't know where you live, but high heat mixed with pollution and no wind blowing can cause some bad air in the environment. This could be a cause of your light-headedness. If it is bothersome, you could wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth and filters the air you breath in. I have to wear one sometimes during the middle of the summer on days when its very hot and there's lots of polluted stale air in the environment.

It may be a lack of iron. Have your iron levels tested as well as your BGL. It may be as simple as a change in diet.
