Since I was a child, I always have this dream of a witch always tormenting me and I am almost always at my grandmother's house when it occurs. On top of that I would run out of the back door and take off flying to get away. As I have gotten older, the house has gotten cleaner and brighter and the witch does not torment me anymore but I hate that with almost every dream I have, I still end up in grandma's house!

The witch represent the spirit of witcraft. The spirit of witchcraft is a spirit which intimidates of produces fear. It can come through a teaching in your family. Which probably why your dream occurs at your grandmother's house. There could be a teaching which was passed down to you which inspires fear and intimidation in you. But as you said, as you got older the house in your dream got cleaner and brighter. Sometimes when you see certain houses in dreams is represent that the spirit of that house or the teachings of that house rest on you.

Your grandmother's house may be a symbol for either a sanctuary or a hell; depending on how much you enjoy being at your grandma's house.
If it's a sanctuary, then there's been someone or something tormenting you in your sanctuary. Therefore, you feel unsafe and all your valuables are endangered.
It it's a hell, then someone or something has always tormented you in that house in real life.
