greener the leaf more chlorophyll it has

you can't actually calculate the amount.
IF THE LEAF IS VERY VERY GREEN THAT MEANS,IT ABSORBS MORE LIGHT(SUN LIGHT), SO, MORE GREEN SO MORE CHLOROPHYLL
