wear socks, shoes that fit, black marks are from dyes, throw the sandals away, massage your feet with lotion. Rough skin can be sanded with an emery board, some forms of athletes feet can leave cracked skin, stay out of the dirt. this can also leave your feet black, see your doctor if you think you have a real skin problem.

I never have corns or callouses, and what I do different from most people is:
1) Wear comfortable shoes.
2) Always wear at least a pair of socks, and usually shoes or slippers as well (I'm never barefoot, unless I'm asleep or in the shower).
3) I never wear flip flops or sandals.

try taking a warm bath and let feet soak it helps loosen dead skin then use ethier a store bought foot scrub or make your own
using olive oil and salt or sugar you can add oil essence if you like lavender or peppermint are a few you can use you can also use a pumice stone to help with the rougher spots when you get out of the tub your feet will be nice and soft .

Don't walk around bare footed outside, take all natural vitamin E (d alpha not dl alpha), keep your feet from drying out by using lotion, and keep them clean.
