i'm 5ft tall and i'm still a tween. is that over weight? no i'm not talking to u twigs why way like 60. lol

That is not overweight.
Dont look at the scale or BMI - they are irrelevant - muscle is more dense than fat so if you are fit you will weight more but look like you weight a lot less.
What really matters is muscle mass and body fat percentage which should be below 25% for females.

You are NOT overweight. Sounds like you're at a perfect weight. Since you are coming in here for advice it shows that you are concerned which can be good that you are conscious of you health/weight....do not obsess over it though. Just eat right, lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein, makes sure you get some dairy (yogurt/ milk). Limit sugar, salt and fat. Try to stay away from fried foods and junk. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (not too many sodas...cut them out completely if you can). Anyway, eating this way will ensure you stay at a healthy weight but most importantly that you stay healthy and grow correctly. Get regular exercise to strengthen your bones and keep muscle toned and you will always continue to look just as great as I am sure you look now!!! Lastly, remember that until your body stops growing which can be anywhere from 14-19 yrs old...it uses some body fat, so even if you feel like you have a little to spare here and there in the next yrs, don't do anything weird or drastic....follow the plan above and you will even out. as far as technically overweight or not I cannot be 100% certain. 105 pounds does not seem over weight at all. a 5 foot tall woman is attractive at 95-120 pounds depending on how it is proportioned. I woudl not go under that lower weight and the upper weight does seem a bit high for a woman of 5 foot tall. That being said , 105 seems perfectly rational weight.

Actually you are underweight as the body mass index.
You should be at least 114 pounds. So stop worrying ans start some exercise. dont worry about eating fat etc.

At 5'0" and 105 lbs, your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 20.5. That is in the normal range, so you're not overweight.

haha..sure u r not overweight..i mean.its depends to people who judge u..i dun think 105lb is overweight 4 u..but,the most importan thing is,wat do think about urself,not others'
