Do mobile phones transmit microwave signals?

If they do give off microwaves signals does that mean they are harmful?

They do emit electromagnetic radiation but in a different band of frequencies. Frequency and power decide whether some radiation is harmful or not.

yes ,it is harmful , the raditon level change set to set .
