it is simple. b/c you can't have the ying w/out the yang. But especially b/c God can't be as effective w/out the devil. think about it. if there were no "consequences" to our actions i.e. Hell or the devil then alot more people would do bad things to good people like you and me. That sometimes does not stop some people but it does get across to alot. of course the bible, God, and Satan are just stories to help us lead better more fullfiling lives. I don't know if God or Satan even really exist, no one does, it's up to the individual to make that decision. i do believe in God b/c it does no harm and i don't want to take a chance. But our society can not function well w/out the Devil. The devil might just be that little voice in your head, or bad thoughts that lead you into temptation or sin. So we need God, or some good in our lives to guide us toward the right decision. You see, God is like a box of chocolates and you don't even know if he really exists. I hope all this stuff about Good and Evil, Heaven and Hell, God and the Devil, The Ying and The Yang.

He said what will happen to the devil, and He told us what He will do with Him.
God is the God of "Set Times". Those words are often translated "Feasts". Those Feasts that the Jews observe are actually like a clock. Some of those Feasts have already been fulfilled. It won't be until all the Feasts are finished when Satan gets his ending.
So the answer is: God chose when and how. It's no use trying to come up with alternative solutions, God has a way of doing things.

sure! God is a sturdy God and all useful too! we could go decrease back in time of introduction. Do you believed that angels are created being? they are spirit being. Their place is everlasting. God won't wreck any of His introduction by using fact he's a loving God. on the time that Lucifer (devil)rebels against God (Isa 14), a million/3 of the angelic forces observed Lucifer. we would desire to recollect that they've the comparable alternatives we've and that they've a unfastened will that we do. devil jealous in individual by using fact of our place. remember we are made in God's photograph. we've a physique they do no longer. Our place isn't everlasting and we are able to repent to our sin they can't. Our actual physique will die at last yet our spirit will stay continuously the two in heaven with Jesus or in hell with devil for everlasting punishment. Is your selection will take you to heaven or to hell. Your determination now will make certain the place you will spend your everlasting trip spot. The Bible point out that we are the single will decide the angels interior the day of the Lord. a million Cor 6:3. God set a time for devil and his fellow rebellions against God.

Oh my poor dear...
Destruction, as a manifestation of power, is an illusion given to you by decades of oppression, imperialism, and cultural genocide. The very of idea of destroying something being "powerful" is a tainted principle even within the limited construct of a human mind, that is not even considering the possibility that God may simply exist, that is, if he exists, on another rational plane altogether, in which existence itself is a sort of destruction (morally, or spiritually speaking).
The "devil" is a similarly silly idea. The very thought of some nasty torturous creature whose singular existential purpose in the universe is to tempt us to do bad things and then punish us for them is laughable. That we have even designed such a character in our collective mythologies for religious instruction is more a testament to our own masochism and self-hate as ultimately purposeless creatures than a cosmic revelation of the nature of God.
Read some Dostoevsky, or the bible, or the back of a cereal box before posting here again please and wasting all our time with such pointless drivel.

the answer to the question is this: the devil is an angel created by God. he betrayed God and he was cast into the darkness of hell. God can't destroy the devil because angels, like humans, are souls of living essence which CAN NOT be destroyed. that's why the soul is immortal.

Although it seems far fetched think of God and the Devil like two opposites that in essence need ech other not for the sake of each other but for the sake of our own understanding.
It is impossible for our minds to comprehend something or understand anythign without being able to compare it to something else.
Its like what you hear in science classes when they say "Cold" actually doesn't exist, rather it is the lack of heat.
Anyways we experience cold because we compare it to warmth, we understand good because we can compare it to bad, we can comprehend certain colors because we can see their opposites and differences and thusly ompare them.
We can only understand the grace, love and caring of God if we compare him to the opposite in which is the Devil whom is in essence Ruthless, cruel and evil.
The Devil exists so that we may compare his negativity and not only better understand but also so we can better appreciate and thusly accept God and all he has to offer.
If everyone was always happy, then can you really call it happy? Or then does it just become normal?
Its deep but once you get the base idea of it, alot of things fall into place. Hope this helps and God bless.

God is more than able to destroy the Devil. And He will in His own time. At this time He is using him.
God has a plan for us all. We are here to be tested.
We have free agency and the ability to choose for ourselves from good and evil.
Opposition in all things.
