okay well this isnt rae its her friend kelsey rae kinda sleeping

okay well i was wondering how much weight i will lose by doing the nutrisystem diet and walking for about a mile everyday and its weird i dont look like im 215lbs i look like im 150 and im very flexible and i do softball and cheerleading i have major muscles though so please help and give me some good exercises to do

if you want to lose weight you have to change your eating habits because that is obviously what got you there in first place (from what you say you are very active) and diet is 75% of fat loss
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Ok this is tough, but I have to be honest. You are overweight, but you care and your looking for help. Now the decision if yours, whether you want to help yourself before it gets worst. Your only 13, this is the perfect time to lose this weight. Your metabolism is high all you have to do is control what you eat and exercises.

muscle ways more than fat so don't worry too much. also don't worry about it. weight doesn't matter are you fit? if you are that's no big deal. do u have a lot of fat? in which case go and work out on ur tread mill and have a yogurt for a treat. but it weight doesn't matter as long as ur in shape. good luck!
