ive been doing crunches for weeks now but i just dont know how many times i have to do them and how many different crunches and day or night ... you know somthing like that

you can do gazillion crunches but if you dont have low body fat percentage you will never get to see them
you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min
do crunches 3 times a week 20-30reps 2-3 sets
eat 5-6 small meals a day - fresh, unprocessed foods and make sure you get enough protein and dietary fiber

to even get any results for crunches u need to do something like 10000 a day. they r pretty useless. u will be better off walkin, runnin, or riding a bike. trust me. stop wastin time with them.
