I ws wondering if in the US if a man wears an ear righ in h is left ear is he considered gay? Right ear is considered straight?

It's 2007, he could were lipstick and nail polish and not be gay, but be considered perfectly normal.
I don't think that matters anymore.

In this day and age, I don't think it matters much anymore, and I think men get an earring in whichever ear they choose, or multiple earrings, or even in both ears. However, back in a time when more people paid attention to these things, the saying was "Left is right and right is wrong," indicating that straight men wore the earring in the left ear.

Who really cares? Some stupid person with too much time on their hands made up that rule anyway. So not the kind of thing you need to be stressing about. Besides, i had an ex (100% straight) with an earring in his left ear. And just to let you know, it looked MASS sexy.

When I was younger it was right ear gay, left ear straight-but I don't think there are rules like that now.
Anyhow, I know my brother has several earrings on both sides and he's about the straightest man I know.

Your question has lots of typng errors, but if I read it correctly you have it backwards. Right ear = gay. But those days are gone and now it means nothing -- in the US.

I dont know, a lot of guys these days wear earings on their ears. itd be kind of stupid to only get it on one though

I don't think it really means anything anymore. At one time I think it was just opposite of what you stated, but now days men seem to pierce everything, so who knows what, if anything, it means....
