I want to type in "2/2" and have it stay that way, but it automatically changes it to "2-Feb". I went to the "AutoCorrect Options" but it doesn't have a way to turn off the feature. Is there a way to stop it from assuming I want it changed?

Is there a more pemanent way so I don't have to do it for each box?

Set the format for the cell to constrain it to text values so it won't change.

Select the cell(s) you want to change, right click and select Format Cells. A dialog box will open. Pick the Number Tab and then the text option. Now whatever you type in the box will be seen as text and not changed.

If you need to use those values as numbers then you can custom format the cell for that with the Custom option at the bottom of the column.

Once you setup the worksheet it is good to constrain the numbers so what you input will make sense. You can determine if negative values will be in red, or black, the number of decimal places and several other things. You probably want to use the Fraction Option.
