States all share information - they have access to your driving record in EVERY STATE.

I am guessing that DUS is Driving Under Suspension. Not that the reason means anything. States have computer link-ups and will not issue you a license if you have one that is "problematic" in another State.

What is "dus"? DUIs? No state will issue you a license if your license is suspended in another state. They all share information through a national database.
Was that what you wanted to know?

WHY DON'T YOU JUST CALL YOUR LOCAL DMV OFFICE, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL BE GETTING THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.
