Ultimately, in the grand scheme of things it's for His glory. It's not that God is silent...he just isn't answering your prayers the way you would like them to be answered. The Bible says His will be done...not ours. People tend to think that if their prayer isn't being answered the way they want to that God isn't listening. God heard your prayer, He just said no...or wait. Trials are there for our growth. Think about it...if everything was peachy all the time, we wouldn't grow. We would have no reason to. We experience pain and suffering for different reasons. Maybe you need to be humbled? Maybe it's repercussions from sin? Going through difficult times draws us closer to God, and in turn strengthens our faith.

Dear Mr. Nice Guy, Forgive me but I must ask two questions first before I answer yours. Hey you people out there, Why do you have to pick on the nice guys??? They've become extinct! Just exactly which one of you would want to live in a world full of only, rude, crude and mean people? And my second question is ...why do you give these (&^$*#%@!)kinds of thoughtless responses??? (Please DON"T answer that!)
O.K. Mr. Nice guy,... Now I'll try to answer your question. Somewhere along the way, we are taught to only expect 'good' circumstances in our lives. Either by our parents, teachers, peers and even the church teaches mostly about God's 'blessings.' Not so much, on His 'sufferings'. One of the reasons for that is, it's not a' profitable promotional tactic.' Unfortunately, this has resulted in 'wimpy, weak-faithed' so-called christians. There are many scriptures in God's Word that were written to prepare and encourage us to be strong as we face 'circumstances' that put our faith in God, to the test.
A trial is when that 'test' lasts much longer than a 'quiz'! Ever notice that when you took' a school test, the teacher required 'silence in the classroom? It is slightly the same principle. There are times when God waits
to see if you will hold onto your faith, by trusting Him, in spite of your challenging circumstances. It is not a game with Him. He wants to respond because He loves you. However His love is not a 'valentine'. Neither is it intended to be 'one-sided'.
There are many occasions in the Bible where God did not 'come quickly' . One in particular, that most would consider pretty urgent, was when His close friend, Lazaurus was dying. Instead of 'rushing' to his side to see and or heal him, Jesus stayed right where he was. By the time Jesus arrived on the scene, His friend had already died. His sisters were astounded by His seeming lack of concern or compassion. Nothing could be further from the truth, in fact the shortest verse in the Bible, reveals the greatest testimony of God's heart toward us His 'friends'. It states, "JESUS WEPT."
He was deeply saddened by the grief in their hearts over the loss of their brother. However, He allowed it to happen because He wanted to reveal something very significant to them that day. He used the death of His friend to show the that HE is the way the truth, and the life. Resurrection Life that is. There is so much more to that subject, that I cannot cover here.
Anyway, I don't know what you're goin' through, But never let the enemy of your soul put those lies into your heart or soul. God cares for you, greatly and is aware of your circumstances. He knows when any sparrow falls to the ground. You are of greater worth to Him than any bird! God does'nt own a 'microwave'; I'd say He cooks our prayers in a crock pot!(just kiddin) even if it seems that way.
Have you ever read the story of 'Job' in the Bible? His life makes my challenges seem like ' broken fingernails!' And I've definately had my fair share of trials and losses. In fact I'm pretty sure He must have mistakenly given me somebody else's as well. Take heart and hold on to your faith, it is the most valuable treasure you have. That's why Satan tries so hard to 'use' the trials in you life to get it from you.
I will pray for you, I may not know you personally, but God does. Whatever your 'trial' is, May He bring His faithful comfort to you in it. Sincerely, Rose

God does not have to intervene in our situations, and just because you feel he is silent does not mean he actually is. He has promised he would not give us more than we can handle. Sometimes we want al our prayers answered in a certain way. someone we love dies, and we blame god. truth is we live in a fallen world, and sin is prevalent. and death is the result of sin. We also think we know more than God and we can handle our life better than God, sometimes God lets us try. WE are like gerbils in a cage wanted to get out, not knowing that if we were to get out there is a cat waiting to pounce. WE think we know more than God, but believe this God is always in control of all situations, God knows all things, he is never surprised by anything. You have to seek for God and he will be found. also we have to realize that God builds us up through trials and tribulations, read Job, or James that may help answer your question. hope this helps.

I think that God doesn't intervene because it is His will for them to happen. What I mean is that He gives us trials and suffering so that we learn to trust Him and it ends up making us better people. It could also mean He's trying to tell us a message through the trials. I may be wrong but that's what I personally believe. Remember, God works in mysterious ways. I hope this helped.

God is not silent. We know that we still even those of us saved by the atonement and resurrection of our lord do still live in a sinful world and we are yet in these physical bodies. Our promise is that we will be born again we have this now by faith. I say by faith because we have not literally died and been reborn. The eventuality of sin is death and all do die.
God has given us a promise and this promise pertains to our resurrection. this new life where there is no sin and there is no death. If we could claim that promise literally we would not die..but as I said we have this by faith there is sin in the world and so there will be death, This is not to say that God does not heal people but all will not be healed and all will eventually die. When we pay we pray according to God's will knowing that he is all knowing and he knows what is best for us.
thistime that we remain here on this sinful planet is a time for grace a time for all to come to come to know God and receive his salvation. Then the end will come and we will enter this kingdom of God.

Oh I may be Christians in some degree. I think I have some answer that may correct or not. Let share our opinion.
I think It happen because God is not servant of anybody.
So god will do that in way of god. If some one have bad karma god may be judge it fair to everyone. But if some one have good karma then God will merciful.
And if you are not god one then you will not known what will happen exactly, just estimate.

Read Romans 5 1-5. Trials are what gets us to experience God's love. In His love you find strength.
Look at what the Apostle Paul went through. He was whipped five times with that nasty whip the Romans used. He was beat with rods three times. He was stoned once. Shipwrecked three times for a day and a half. And on top of that, he was imprisoned countless numbers of time.
Yet Paul said we are more than conquerors in all these things.
He also said that we have need of patience that after we have done the will of God, we can receive the promises.
Look, I'm in a wheelchair and I still believe (confident expectation) that I walk. Remember, by His stripes we WERE healed.
And if we WERE healed, it means we are.
For with the heart man believes unto righteousness but with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Salvation isn't only being saved. It's being made whole. Remember, Jesus came to give life and give it more abundantly.
Also, Mark 11:23 says that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea and shall not doubt in his heart but believe those things which he says will come to pass, he shall whatsoever he says. (I could be wrong on the verse but I don't think so. Go to biblegateway.com and you can look up the scripture for yourself).

Unfortunately, sometimes only God knows why. I do know that God wants to be invited into our situations, though, through prayer. We can't just expect Him to jump in, even though He obviously knows what's happening. And...
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Isaiah 55:8
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
He knows best.

God is not the author of these illnesses, but allows them in believers for our good or His glory, according to Romans. God has His reasons for allowing them in our life and we need to trust that HE knows what we need to grow spiritually more than we ourselves do. He sometimes uses them for lesson learning and/or faith building, or even witnessing our love of God and our Faith in Him to others. We may never know the why's until we face Him in eternity. Whatever happens to us, must go thru Our Father's hands first. God bless
