You didn't give a lot of information about yourself.
Most lower back problems come from exercising or working your back without stretching first. Also if you lift a lot you could be lifting with your back and not with your legs like you are supposed to.
If this is not the case, it may be your mattress or the way you are sleeping at night. Try a mattress pad or a comfortor.

IT COULD BE MANY REASONS FOR YOUR LOWER BACK PAIN.THE MOST COMMON IS A BULGED DISC(A DISC THAT HAS COME OUT OF IT'S PROPER PLACE IN YOUR SPINE.)
FOR MOST PEOPLE ,IT WILL GO BACK INTO PLACE WITH REST AND THERAPY.
FOR SOMEONR LIKE ME,WHO HAS HAD 6 BACK OPERATIONS..IT DOESNT.
THE ONLY ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU IS IF IT LASTS MORE THAN A WEEK,GO SEE A BACK SPECIALIST.

DONT WAIT TOO LONG.

You may have a problem with your kidneys. Put a heating pad on it and see a doctor.
