im 5"5 124 workout almost everyday

Breakfast-1 plum with 1 slice of cheese
lunch-2 veggie burgers with 4 tbs of hummus
snack-1 cucumber,1 tomato balsamic viniger 4 olives
diner-pita bread with veggie chicken pattie,sauce,spinach,carrots
snack-peanuts,suger-free fat free jellow alittle bit
this all equals to 1650 calories which is wat i have everyday.

calorie wise - if it really is that much its good (although it doesnt look to me its that much unless you had lots of peanuts) but you deffinitely need much bigger breakfast and your body needs carbs - try old fashioned oatmeal with egg whites or Kashi cereals or whole wheat sandwich
