Work relationships are always hard, but I say, give it a go.
A lot of my friends have met their partners at work, and many are happy.
Can't promise happiness, but at least you'll know.
Which is better than always wondering 'what if.'

Depends whether she/he is married or not. If married then forget about the person, if not wait till they show you they like you as well, you might end up feeling stupid if the person don't feel the same way as you. Hope it works out for you though:))

No, don't tell them. You will ruin a good work relationship, and possibly your job too.
It's just not worth it. If it's going to happen it will have to happen out of work.
