take one thats been licked to the tootsie part and measure the circumference. take the circumference of an unlicked one and subract the licked number from the unlicked number. that will give you how much candy coats the tootsie part. lick the unlicked one and take another measurement. divide that measurement into the sum of the licked and unlicked measurements.
