I was eating goldfish and I found one that was frowning....should I sue? Or possibly be concerned??

I wouldnt sue if i were you. Poor fish was deformed. How would you like being the object of suing if you were deformed!?!?
Personally I would take pictures and then put it on display as the only frowing goldfish in history. You could have people pay admission and you'd become rich.
And actually forget about what I said about it being deformed. It's a dang cracker for God's sake! ;)

Most goldfish I've seen smile back at me. I would say that the one that was frowning might have been a stow-away.

They can only smile back if you smile at them first. Were you frowning because you realized that you could not afford a tastier snack?
