I honestly couldn't tell you unless the situation actually arose. Who is the child? Do I know them, are they mine? Will I have to renounce my beliefs and faith forever, or just for a set amount of time? I know that shouldn't matter, but the fact is that humans are selfish creatures, and it will affect peoples' decision.
I honestly can't say what I would do in this case.

No.
It is more important to obey God, who after all has the power to restore the child's life.
Us saving the child would only be a temporary measure.
Even when Jesus resurrected Lazarus, it was not permanent. Lazarus eventually died ...again...
So did all the other people who the Bible says were resurrected.
The point was not to save people but to prove WHO Jesus was...God's son.
And that anything that God promised would happen.

are you trying to make christians sound heartless? i wouldn't! i wouldn't abandon Jesus because he didn't bail out on the cross...i wouldn't deny Christ to save my own life...neither did Cassie Bernall...read "she said yes".

NO, WHY IS THE LIFE OF THE CHILD GREATER THAN YOUR FAITH AND DEPENDENCE ON GOD?
