Guys how do you get your abs to be lean and fit in just two weeks?

you cant do it in 2 weeks - if it was that easy everybody had a six pack
you have to have low body fat percentage to see your six pack - which you achieve by doing lots of cardio - 4-6 times a week for average of 45min (sit ups and crunches only build muscle, they dont burn fat so nobody will see your six pack under the layer of fat)
and eat healthy, fresh, unprocessed foods in small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day)
